Bird Species

Over 100 species of birds have been identified in the Pike Lake Nature Reserve and in the surrounding area, from which 30 species of waterfowl and birds dependent on wetlands (18 breeding species and 12 passage migrant species).

In the summer, the following species are usually present: the Great Crested Grebe, the Coot, the Mallard, the Pochard, the Marsh Harrier.
